Some time ago I was patching my roof with Rubberized flashing cement and I kept recognizing the smell and was saying to myself that that smell is familiar, then it struck me, the gallons of Rus-free undercoating. I compared ingredients and lo and behold they are almost Identical.

Instructions for spraying.

1, Get wifes hamilton beach or hobart mixer with the china bowl.

2, add gobs of flashing cement in the bowl.

3, add lacquer thinner, reducer, gasoline or if you are like me and try to get the most out of everything you can used old gun wash thinner. "lets not forget to recycle" Depending on if you plan to spray through undercoat gun or old paint spray gun, Thin accordingly.

4, turn on mixer at low speed and go about your bussiness for ten minutes or so.

5, If you are using old paint gun, strain through a paint strainer into the cup, you will need to keep stirring it as it is in the paint strainer because it will plug up the strainer quickly. If using undercoat gun forget it, just dump it in the can.

6, If you are spraying through a paint gun wear a dust mask or respirator, if you think smoking gives you black lung, wait till you start hacking some of these fumes up.

Notes: when thinned to spray through a paint gun, it dries to the touch in a matter of minutes, couple of coats works wonders on freshly blasted frames and suspension components etc. dries to a super hard durable finish you cannot scratch with your fingernail. I have done it to steel and left it out in the weather for years and not a speck of rust and we have harsh weather here in Maine.
