I have been working on a new look and feel for the site for the past month or so and still have much to do but good progress is being made. The time consuming area is the Profiles. It takes me anywhere between 10-20 minutes to do one. And we have a ton of profiles!

I am working on it every night, gonna try to turn it on by the 1st of June. The forum will remain as is, all the new site does is link to what we already have here so that won't change.

If you want a sneak peek at what I'm up to, you can look at what I have done so far at http://newsite.y-blocksforever.com

I had totally forgotten how many hours it took to build the current site, but at least it was stretched out over several years! I'm trying to do this new one in only a couple of months and I really think i can write html code in my sleep!

Enjoy!

Jim,

That looks wonderful - it is very professional and should attract quite a bit of attention. Thank you for all the work you do, putting all of us Y blockers together!

Jim, the new home page looks great, nice 50s look. One critique I would make is the small print size around the lower part of the page. Too small for some of us geezers. But you say that the forum will remain as is, which I am glad to hear.
