| | Here is a link to one of the Speedway GM low mounts: http://www.speedwaymotors.com/p/3447,262_Low-Mount-Alternator-Bracket.html I turned mine "inside out" and mounted it on the right side. For you to get this to work you'll probably need some sort of tubing and some longer screws.......And a healthy dose of imagination. Search "alternator bracket" on this site and you'll see all sorts of ideas. When I need little bits of iron welded into brackets etc. - I usually take them by the local muffler shop. They are the thin gauge welding kings and some will do a quick job for free and others will want five bucks.

| i finally found what everyone was talking about for the vintage air thing, but on the website it doesnt have a price listed? i tried calling them but they're not available on the weekends i guess.
anyone know how much that bracket costs from vintage air?
i made a bracket yesterday but i have a feeling it wont work.... i have a feeling the alternator will be to loose, or not straight, and the belt wont go on right or it'll be to loose
