Hello Everybody,
Im going to be putting a T5 in my 56 station wagon, I will be replacing a fordomatic, so I need a clutch pedal/master cylinder assembly for the hydraulic clutch I will put on the T5. I am also thinking of putting disk brakes on the front, so I want to get a booster for the brakes at some point. I have found a few different universal clutch/brake pedal assemblies that bolt onto the firewall, and Im thinking this would be a good route to take. Does anyone have experience with this type of kit? Am I asking for trouble by installing on of these? I really don't want to track down all the parts for a stock clutch, does anyone know of a clutch pedal/master cylinder assembly from another model car that will fit on a 56?
Any input you guys have on this subject will be helpful!
Thanks,
Cedric

Some of the trucks came with a hydraulic clutch.  The master cylinder may work.  I don't think the slave cylinder will mount without the truck bell.  A bracket may be made.
