I would like to put 1966 Galaxie steering wheel on my 56 Ford Vic. Will this fit? I sure hope so!

John.

The best way is to try it but make sure that the wheels are about the same Dia. unless the car has power steering.

John:

The wheel will probably fit the splines, I put a '71 Bird wheel on my '57.  However the horn circuit will be different, the '56 has a wire through the hollow steering shaft, the '66 will have a horn brush arrangement in conjunction with the turn signal switch.  The turn signal cancelling cam arrangement is probably different also.
