Just got off the phone with Wally Kirstein. His beautiful 56 Sedan ran 110mph this last weekend.

He now realizes that what he thought was a slipping clutch at Columbus was actually a set of worn out slicks.

Wally was in the hospital early this week and said the last couple of days were a liittle rough but he's feeling better now.

Now that the arteries to his head are fully open his reaction times might get even better, lol

Good news for Wally and his car.

Wallys’s hospital visit was planned but he managed to put it off until after the Columbus event and last weekends race.  In true Wally fashion, he’s still batting 100%.

What John didn’t mention is that Wally had just installed the new ‘Mummert’ intake and that was the first outing for that manifold on Wally’s car.  I have also dyno tested a pair of those manifolds on the EMC engine and they are proving to be better in overall performance than the Blue Thunder intakes.  More data will follow later after the manifolds are tested on an engine that’s closer to stock.

Glad everything went well Wally. If your RT gets better, I won't have a chance.

Royce, the first run of manifolds was a short run (15) to test the patterns, fixturing and machining. Basically they're all sold but we should be casting quite a few in the next 3 weeks.

Now that the fixturing and machine program are done we should be a lot quicker getting the next batch out the door.

Great news for Wally and the manifolds. Royce, I don't think those manifolds fit the Lincoln's.
