My '55 Town Sedan has plate on inside driver's door post that has paint code as YH with trim being AR. Under hood in yellow marker there are two numbers...217 and 401 trim.

Looking at a 1955 Ford paint chart was thinking maybe...F/H Pinetree Green, (looks too dark to me)/Neptune Green. Anyone know how to figure this stuff out? Thanks

P.S. The engine is out so can't drive down to local Automobile Paint Store to have it matched up.

Was able to find the correct colors at AutoColorLibrary....Y-55 Mountain Green for top and bottom and H-55 Neptune Green for hood, trunk, above beltline. The code plate says AR...for trim (that must be inside the car), haven't gotten that far yet. Thanks for looking and help, Ron...lost in San Diego
