We were on the way to Columbus and the truck blew a high pressure oil lines and stripped the high pressure pump fitting threads. We were on the turnpike to Tulsa.  We drove the 57 back to Oklahoma City, but cannot fix the truck.   It looks like we are spending the weekend in OKC.  We considered driving the car to Columbus, but already had too much bad luck, an dno way to bring the slicks.

Krista and I regret not being able to make it.

I spent the last 5 days building the motor and changed it out yesterday.

On a positive note, the 57 hauls with the new stroker Y!

Sorry to hear about the truck, Pat...Man you have some bad luck with your haulers and Columbus.  Be safe out there.  I'll be missing this year again, hopefully be there next year.
