Hi to everyone. I have not been ignoring your requests as the old 56effie its just that the old one has been unable to log on and post or reply to posts. the administrator has been on the job for a while and advises me that I did not exist as 56effie so here is to a new beginning.

Hang loose and enjoy the ride.

56 effie, sorry to hear about your problem with " not existing " , but glad to have you back. As a great philosipher once said " I have lint in my navel, therefore I am " .

Man, I am glad you are finally back in!  I searched the SQL database high and low and it did not show you, but yet I could see posts that you had made.  Glad to have you back!

It was philosopher Rene Descartes who said " I think, therefore I am ". Computers make it possible to lose your existence while thinking about it. Welcome back 56 effie.

I have to sign in again if I am away from the site for more than about 4 hours.  I always click on "remember me"  Anyone else have this issue?  How do I fix it?  I had the same issue on the old forum except it woulde forget me if I was gone for more than 12 hours.

John,

I have the same problem.  It seems like if I check the remember me box first, and then put in the other info, it might remember me a little longer.
